Frequency UHF

What is it?

• A dual-path filter system (also called a “Diplexer”) that includes a tuneable bandpass filter for 225-400 MHZ and a fixed bandpass filter for 243 MHz guard frequency.
• Filter tuning and path switching are remotely controlled.

What does it do?

• The 225-400 MHz tuneable bandpass filter adds to the isolation between separate antennas to enable multiple collocated radios to operate simultaneously in the 225-400 MHz range.
• When a radio with built in guard is in receive mode, this dipexer enables the radio to receive at its main freqnecy and at the 243 MHz guard frequency simultaneously.

What is it?

• A 2-port filter/Uncoupled “Duet” subsystem.
• Filter tuning remotely controlled.
• 2 tunable bandpass 4-pole filters, 2 single-port impedance matching networks each with its own low pass filter for harmonics suppression.
• Automated filter output switching termination not needed because the filters are not combined to one antenna.

What does it do?

• Enables 2 transceivers to operate simultaneously with each radio on its own antenna in the 225-400 MHz range, in any combination of transmit/receive modes.
• Accepts MIL-STD-188 serial remote control to 7,000 frequencies per filter for filter tuning, USN standard interface.
• External adapter available to accept remote control interface from ARC-210 family of radios. Can also provide an adapter for other radio interfaces.
• Because there is no combiner, not needed are the other subsystem operation management functions such as transmit inhibit during filter tuning, adjacent channel separation management, cross tuning prevention, etc.

• Includes local control via front panel display, keypad and indicator lights, and remote control via serial interface.

• Accepts MIL-STD-188 serial remote control to 7,000 frequencies per filter for filter tuning and remote diagnostics, USN standard interface.  
• External adapter available to accept remote control interface from ARC-210 family of radios. Can also provide anadapter for other radio interfaces.
• From previous (pre-2005 year) CCT-4 multicoupler versions: Obsoletefunctions and parts deleted. Diminished source parts replaced. Backward/forward interchangeability retained.  
• Includes many other subsystem operation management functions such as transmit inhibit during filter tuning, adjacent channel separation management, cross tuning prevention, etc.

What does it do?

• Enables 6 receivers to connect to either of two SATCOM antennas in any combination of the 6 receivers.
• Rejects interfering signals as close as 10 MHz from the desired signal.
• Low noise amplification of the desired signals.
• Fast filter tuning and fast RF switching meet SATCOM waveform requirements.

What is it?

• Receive Switched Output Multicoupler (RSOM).
• Six SATCOM Receive 243-270 MHz, 4-pole FLX tunable bandpass filters.
• Two 6-port splitters with switching so that the 6 filters can be connected to any combination of the 2 splitters.
• Internal switching to bypass the tunable filters and splitters.

What does it do?

• Enables 6 receivers to connect to either of two SATCOM antennas in any combination of the 6 raceivers.
• Enables receivers to bypass the tunable filters and splitter to be connected to other antennas for operation in other bands and in LOS.
• Rejects interfering signals as close as 2.5 MHz from the desired signal.
• Low noise amplification of the desired signals.
• Fast filter tuning and fast RF switching meet SATCOM waveform requirements.

What is it?

• 20-port, dual antenna input, Receive-only switched Output Multicoupler (RSOM) over the 30-512 MHz range.  
• Includes LNA’s and two splitters with switching so that any receiver can connect to either of the two antennas.
• Filtering to reduce interference.

What does it do?

• Enables up to 20 receivers to connect to either of two antenna inputs.
• As part of RFPinc’s M3B RFD, enables use of the “backup” receive antennas when there is unpredicted interference on the main transceive antenna.
• As part of RFPinc’s M3B RFD, enables use of the receive antenna for guard while at the same time the same radio can continue transceiving on the main antenna on a different frequency.
